About the Author

Ron Pieper has been providing self-improvement training and consulting services for clients, customers, colleagues, and his own teams for over three decades.

During his 37-years of service in the United States Navy and the Federal Government, as a business executive and consultant, Ron held many leadership positions in which he studied and placed into practice self-improvement initiatives in areas of leadership, operational performance, business operations, business planning and strategy, organization development, value offering, marketing, and many more. He developed and implemented training programs and consulted for several large and small business, Government organizations, and individuals.

He defined his many career roles to provide service to many other people. His current endeavors are likewise focused on service. Service in helping people be the best they can be is his commitment. This is his passion. He continues to serve and is now providing his assistance in book form to reach more people.

Ron holds a Masters of Science in Organizational Leadership and a Graduate Certificate in Non-Profit Leadership. His research, learning, and service continue.
