Old Crow and Crooked Tree

Watching the Crows in my backyard, I found them to be different from the Robin, Bluebird, and Goldfinch. They are scrappy fellas that will fight over territory with any other bird, like Blue Jays and even Hawks.

Yet, they have a family unit, stay together in a "Horde" of crows, mostly related to each other somehow. They will travel together to scout territories.

They recognize human faces, and remember events, which gave me ideas about presenting the crows in this book.
