Visiting past demons and trauma's during my 8 months of Rehab. Head on with the problems and spiraling thoughts I tried to drown with liquor and drugs. I heard a saying that we can move on from the past, but we can't shut the door on it but accept that it happened, we didn't deserve that to happen to us, but it's what made us the person we are today. How can we grow from those incidents? How can we be better than we were in our addiction? Who truly am I? What's my Purpose? The road is long, but it doesn't have to be a rough one.

About the Author

Born September 20th, 1998, in Monterrey Park, California. Moved out to Bullhead city, Arizona to start a new life. Athlete particularly football from 6 years old to college who lost all hope after injuries and roadblocks that turned this constant train that never stopped to a quitter he'd never thought would come to existence. Alcoholic since 2018 till January 2024 once checked in to his first rehab in Prescott, Arizona called Royal Treatment Centers. February 23rd, 2024, transferred to an activity-based rehab called Beacon treatment center which is a 6-month program In Vernon, Arizona that changed his life forever. Learned to be a leader, push through the days he wanted to quit and found the trust and brotherhood that he thought was forever gone. Completed his journey on October 3, 2024, and continues to fight every day, and hopes to inspire others and motivate those in sobriety.
