Mary Hemphill, Ph.D. is a leadership expert and coach, K-12 educator and administrator, and inspirational speaker. She is Director of K-12 Computer Science and Technology Education at the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction. Dr. Hemphill holds a Ph.D. in leadership studies from North Carolina A&T State University and a master's degree in school administration from Western Carolina University.
