CHAPTER 1

Popi,

Thank you for showing me that my mind is worth more than any other kind of riches. I have watched you walk for miles deep in thought. Even through silence, I have read your mind and, in doing so, I learned to use mine — freely. I love you dad.

RULES TO PLAY:

1.) I PROMISE TO USE ALL OF MY MIND.

2.) IF I USE MY IMAGINATION AND KEEP MY MIND OPEN, I WILL NEVER BE BLIND.

3.) I PROMISE TO NOT STOP UNTIL THE DIAMONDS IN MY MIND I FIND.

I want to teach YOU what they forgot to teach ME.

So, I am going back to when I was KID, at a time when I was just like YOU: FREE.

NO PHONES!

NO TV!

There is so much WE have the POWER to DO without

TECHNOLOGY!

NO PICTURES in this book because YOU will come to find that THE MIND is NOT something YOU can SEE!

I will leave a page blank after every DOOR so YOU can draw WHAT IS IN YOUR MIND.

Maybe in that,

DIAMONDS YOU WILL FIND!

I do not want YOU to listen to THEM.

Do not even listen to ME.

USE the DIAMONDS in YOUR MIND and OPEN the DOORS!

AND to YOUR MIND, YOU will FIND that ONLY YOU will have the KEY.

It is up to YOU and ONLY YOU to turn YOUR DREAMS into REALITY!

Before we start, I want to share something with you ALL!

I PROMISE it will be as much FUN as playing in the PARK with a BASKETBALL or even playing with a DOLL!

I want YOU ALL to be STRONG!

Just FOLLOW the rules and YOU can do no WRONG!

When I talk about STRENGTH, I don't talk about BULLIES!

AND, not from the kind YOU think YOU get from eating too many COOKIES!

Even though having ONE is sometimes OKAY!

Spinach will ALWAYS save the DAY!
