Our Secret Super Powers
Being a former educator, an artist, a mother and a grandmother, I had plenty of experience and material from which to draw while writing and illustrating this book, but it wasn't easy, very exciting and enjoyable but not easy. It took some of all of the above to create this book.
I chose 3 positive character traits of my 3 grandchildren to write about in this book. I used their faces in creating the characters. Each character has extraordinary imaginary powers but the super powers are those that every child can actually see in themselves and use. It is meant to encourage positive behavior in children. The characters are multicultural.
