These stories are interesting, educational and totally engaging. The workings of the Resistance, the plight of Concentration Camp victims, the lengths to which individuals went to escape the Nazis, and the support provided from the local community are drawn and described in excellent detail. Slow or reluctant readers will find these to be compelling reads. . . .all excellent additions to any World War II collection.
