About the Author

As a young girl, Rachel had a hard time developing a positive sense of self worth and self esteem. She sees many other children, girls and boys alike, young adults and even older adults struggle with self esteem because they compare themselves to others.

Rachel is an interior designer and watercolor artist but being a writer has been a dream for her for many years. She lives with her husband, Charles and 4 sons in NE Oregon. Since her sons are now adults finding their own way through life, she decided to pursue her dream of being a writer.

She wrote this book because she feels it is important to let others know that their differences make them unique and special and there is nothing wrong in being different from others.
