Picaresque Roman: A Requiem for Rogues is a Japanese narrative-driven roleplaying game where players assume the roles of villainous characters entangled in a city of crime, corruption, and power. Inspired by acclaimed game series such as Persona and Like a Dragon, this rules-light RPG experience ignites fierce competition as players vie for influence points granted to them through making deals, stealing from one another, and vying for dominance over the scenario's coveted "VIP" character, who's controlled by the gamemaster. However, remain vigilant, for there's a traitor hidden amongst the group—working for the VIP—whose identity must be uncovered by the end of the game before they steal away the players' hard-earned points.
