About the Author

Michael P. Riccards is the author of 20 verse plays and 23 books mainly on the presidency and the papacy. He has been the president of three different colleges, the Public Policy Scholar in Residence at the College Board, and the founding executive director of the Hall Institute of Public Policy. He has also been a Fulbright Fellow to Japan and a National Endowment for the Humanities Fellow at Princeton University.
