In this book teachers will find a number of mathematical concepts covered. Internet sites and suggested read-aloud books accompany each chapter and a NCTM standards skill chart is included. The rhymes and chants are the most valuable part of the book because they provide an excellent teaching tool for these concepts. Included are a number of activity and puzzle pages. Teachers who use worksheets will add some of these to their collection. However, others offer minimal educational value.
