He presently verifies and validates documentation and software development programs and reviews these programs on behalf of government and commercial clients. A Senior Member of the IEEE and the ASQC, Dr. Horch chaired of the IEEE Computer Society Software Subcommittee for 7 years. He received his Ph.D. in information systems from Kennedy Western University.
