Overview

The PressuHer project began as a form of therapy. I was journaling my thoughts and feelings as I worked my way from grief to growth. In doing so, I unearthed so much that had been buried. How do I suppress it again? I simply could not.

The seasons of constantly fighting for light, love and my life showed me I could not cave under Pressuher. I had to become Pressuher and apply it as if my life depended on it...because it did.

About the Author

My journey started as an entrepreneur with the dream of impacting as many people as possible. What I didn’t know was how life was going to come at me in full force and turn my businesses, my goals, and my perspective upside-down and inside-out.

I found myself needing to transform after battling depression and anxiety for almost two years. When I lost my mother in 2019, I almost didn’t recognize myself. After completing an intense group counseling program, I started to feel something. Now and then, I felt a jolt of some sort, something was reminding me it was time to tap in. I did not know what was involved in the process, but I knew that I wanted more of that spark! I wanted more of the vision that was being made clear to me.

After being stretched and pressed, it was time to get dressed and tap into my powerful purpose! When I found myself on the other side of a dark place, I vowed to share how I found the power and the light to bring my best self, center stage. I became a Certified Master Life Coach and created the TIYP (Tap Into Your Power) 60-day group coaching program. The TIYP program is a tool to guide you on your journey of transformation.

I encourage you to chase your dreams, catch them, embrace them, and live in your dreams. You have the power to live the life you see for yourself!
