About the Author
Following his success as runner-up on the 2010 series of MasterChef, Adelaide-born Callum Hann worked with renowned chef George Calombaris at his various Melbourne restaurants. In 2012, Callum won the inaugural series of MasterChef All-Stars. He is the author of The Starter Kitchen and I'd Eat That! He is a regular presenter on Seven's locally produced food and lifestyle program and is the owner of Adelaide based the Sprout Cooking School.
