Overview

These volumes 2 and 3 of "Ramblings and Reflections of a Bahamian-American Poet" is a beautifully written collection of emotional writings inspired by the journey of a humble man, who has fought to break free of the limitations put on him by the "non-believers" in the world around him. Each word in this masterpiece truly reveals his essence in its purist form, and the vulnerability that is exposed throughout his writings. The words flow like each one was predetermined and meant to be exactly as they are.

About the Author

T.L. Bethel was born on September 28, 1964 in Tarrytown, New York. Though he has lived in the Northeast for most of his life, his family of origin resides in the Bahamas and in Alabama. Raised the son of a God fearing man, he was brought up with the understanding to always give to the world from his heart for no other reason than because it was right, and because he could. A writer since his childhood, T.L. has been writing for 30 years of his life. During the past year as Facebook began to gain popularity, and bored of the same old status updates, he was encouraged by his many fans, friends, and family to begin to post his thoughts. After the many responses he received on a daily basis, he created his own blog, and from that came his first book "Ramblings and Reflections of a Bahamian-American Poet," which has now culminated into a three volume collection.

In this book which houses volumes 2 and 3, much of his written work is considered lyrics for music that has entered the beginning stages of being produced. After admittedly being inspired by his "muses," he now inspires others through his words to live better, live in the now, and give from the heart to make a difference in the world.
