Recently purchased this nook book and couldn't put it down. I could relate to many of the testimonials in the book and appreciate all of the author's explination on why or why not to eat a certain food. Just tried my first recipe from the book. Very yummy, easy to make, and inexpensive. I look forward to trying other recipes and hope to find sucessful results just like many of the other women.
This is a brilliant book and full of tasty and easy to cook recipes. I have read in numerous places of the strict diet to help with endometriosis, but now I can easily follow the diet. I am so glad I found this book, and yes it does work.
