About the Author

I am a licensed LCPC, LMHCA, and CADC. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient recovery settings as a Therapist, and I noticed that a lot of individuals I worked with liked to color and complete activities. Being in a recovery setting has to be one of the most challenging and bravest things that someone in recovery could do. I wanted this book to be something that a family member or support person could send to someone working on recovery, to engage in activities that feed the mind, body, and soul. It was such a joy to create this book!
