The title of this book was the same pitch that sold me to use Carpedia to help me establish a best-in-class labor scheduling and management process at Hilton. Achieving the dramatic results required changing established processes, habits, and mindsets. Our leaders became better managers of labor with no negative impact on guest and employee satisfaction. They also never looked at their business in the same way given their incredible shift in mindset. Peter does a superb job of laying out strategy with Results, Not Reports.
Patrick Volz
Chief Operating Officer, Global Operations, Aimbridge Hospitality

Over the course of my nearly fifty-year career as an executive and a CEO, I eschewed utilizing consultants. There was only one exception, when I engaged Peter’s firm to prove to me that their unique approach worked.
