About the Author

Thomas Henderson hails from Evansville, IN, where he lives with his wife, Christa, and their plethora of dogs. This book marks his third venture into children's fiction, following his nonfiction work titled Stories of Bigfoot: Living with Truth. Henderson has a deep interest in culture, history, science, and religion. A former independent pro wrestler and passionate wrestling fan, he performed under the name "the Rebel," accompanied by his unique manager, Toasty, who was a toaster. In August 2020, Henderson teamed up with bestselling author Ehren Schaffter to launch a podcast designed to spotlight independent professional wrestlers striving to make their mark in the industry. This podcast, called the Hot Tag Hooligans Pro Wrestling Podcast Show, ultimately led to the founding of their own wrestling promotion, Hooligan Championship Wrestling, alongside Aaron Silvers in 2024. On May 10, 2025, they hosted Indiana's biggest all-women’s pro wrestling event in history at the National Guard Armory in Evansville, IN.
