About the Author

Born in Washington DC and raised in Seattle, WA Maxwell Radford's journey of self discovery has taken him not only across the states but overseas to France and Spain. Now 29, he now lives once again in Seattle where his life long attraction to writing has led him to pursue his dream of being an author. Drawing upon his own personal life experiences, Maxwell hopes that his writings will help people of all ages, races and genders overcome their own difficulties and obstacles and find the strength to better their lives not only for themselves but for those they love. Not one to claim perfection, the death of his Mother in 2014 led Maxwell into a dark state of depression and anger that resulted in a two year long struggle with drugs and alcohol, multiple trips to County Jail and the loss of several important relationships between friends and family. Never one to give up hope, he is back on track and even more determined to continue writing as a way to help others realize the full potential within themselves as well as continue to prove to his own friends and family that he is worthy of the love and support they have shown and continue to show him to this day!
