About the Author

Daniel Johnson is a professional violinist and alumni of the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. He has won many National and International violin competitions, including The Clear Lake Competition, the David Newby Concerto Competition, The Roman Totenberg Competition, The American Protégé International Virtuoso Competition, the CAI Concert Artists International Music Competition, The Grand Prize Virtuoso International Music Competition and the New York Classical Music Competition.

Daniel was also generously sponsored by Orpheus Classical Music Label to record and release his music worldwide as a soloist. He has been teaching his beloved students the violin for 17 years and also has great experience teaching viola, cello, piano, music theory and composition. Daniel works as an Orchestral Director in Houston, Texas and frequently shows off his students' performances on Youtube and on stages around the world.
