About the Author

Greg Graber, a long-time educator, teaches mindfulness and meditation to sports teams, schools, and various organizations around the world. He has worked with top sports teams like the NBA's Memphis Grizzlies, LSU, VCU, the University of Memphis, and Mount Saint Mary's University. He's been contracted by organizations like the Hilton Worldwide Hotels, Shamrock Foods, and the Virginia Department of Corrections. Greg's work has been featured in the New York Times and on ESPN, and he has presented at Harvard University Graduate School of Education. As the Head of Middle School at Lausanne Collegiate School in Memphis, Tennessee, Greg has developed the Unplugged Mindfulness Program for students and teachers, and he consults with other schools on developing similar mindfulness programs.
