About the Author

R. W. Thompson received his B. S. in Education from Westfield State University before embarking on a career teaching U. S. History, World History, Latin America History, and World Geography at the middle school level for fifteen years. During that time period, he earned his Master of Educational Administration degree and served as an elementary principal in a school with grades K-8 for seventeen years.
He is now retired and lives with his wife in Westfield, MA. Where he enjoys painting as well as writing. Snow Moon is his tenth children’s picture book.
