Stealing the Wolf Prince is an intriguing, well narrated novel full of clever plot twists and exceptional writing. I must admit I had a seriously hard time putting this book down, a few more pages turned into a few more chapters before I knew it. Elle Clouse truly knows how to breath life into characters with artful descriptions and daring wit. Steal away on an adventure where impersonating a princess may be far than what you would bargain for.

Oh boy! The story starts you on a note of adversity....Kiera and her brother Brogan are cons. Although Kiera is constantly in the library looking for information to get magic School open to all who wish that route. There's bickering between them mostly due to Brigan's vices. Then her brother guys in the biggest concern if able which involves Kiera impersonating aPrincess! In of all places her old home town in the castle where her dad use to teach the 3 princess!! I received a copy of this book from Booksprout and I voluntarily leave my review. This is the 1st book I’ve read and reviewed for Elle Clouse and I loved it. Kiera is growing up in a time where women have no rights at all, they should be seen and not heard. Kiera lives with her cousin Brogan who is a con artist to earn her way Kiera has to do con’s as well. Brogan wants Kiera to pull off the biggest con that they have ever done, Brogan wants Kiera to act and dress like a princess and marry the kings son Lachlan, but things don’t go as planned and Kiera ends up being thrown in a pit. Great fantasy and characters and I definitely recommend this book.

Stealing the Wolf Prince is an exceptional read.  Though not the normal kind of book I read, this particular book I could not put down. I thoroughly enjoyed the mixture that this book contains and from one punch line to another without all the wording that it takes to get from point A to point B.   I have talked this book up to all members of my family as an excellent choice. I am waiting for #2 from Elle.

This was such an enjoyable story that kept me turning the pages and not wanting to stop reading. I adored Kiera. She is in the care of her cousin, Brogan, who is a con artist. Kiera tries to keep herself out of the schemes, but he convinces her to pose as a princess so they can all retire from being con-artists. Their target kingdom is the one where Kiera grew up, Cearbhall. She has some fond memories of the eldest brother Lachlan, but she ends up betrothed to the push-over Ian, who isn't extremely likable. The third brother, Ayden, has always been a troublemaker. When the group of con-artists arrives at the castle, you will be on the edge of your seat wondering if they will get away with it. The plot isn't overly complex, but I loved being able to read something fantasy that I could easily follow without getting confused or hung up in lore that I was not familiar with (that is why I usually shy away from the fantasy genre). The wolf-creature was a bit frightening and the visual of his claws gave me shivers. As the story unfolds and new twists are thrown in, you will be rooting for Kiera and Lachlan to succeed and end up together. I wish not to spoil anything, so I will just say that I recommend this to anyone who loves a good romance mixed with some magical elements. This is a great fairy-tale, very romantic, magical, and quite entertaining. I can't wait for the next book in the series.

A sweet love story wrapped in mystery and fantasy.  Keira is a smart young woman with dreams of bettering her countries education system.  Unfortunately in her time women are more property than people and she's being cared for by  her con-artist cousin Brogan.  Tired of being used by her cousin in his grafts, Keira decides to set out on one final con - a con that will give her room to study and effect the laws about education in the land -- marry the King's son Lachlan.   Unfortunately when she arrives at the castle it turns out Lachlan is missing, the king is ill, and Lachlan's brother's are just no good.  They end up tossing her in a pit with a man who she falls in love with, while he protects her from a Wolfkin.  Romantic shenanigan's ensue. This is a sweet love story with a lot of fantasy elements.  It reads like a fairy tale with scary shifters, mysterious people and arrogant protectors.  You walk away from it feeling good and excited for the next books in the series.  I got mine on preorderand couldn't put it down last night.
