About the Author

MAURICE CRAFT is Professor of Education, and Head of the Colleges Division, Nottingham University. In the early 1960s, he established ITT and INSET courses in multicultural education at Edge Hill College of Education, and has subsequently researched and established advanced courses in this field in Melbourne and in London.
