The Art of Being Unhappy: Disarming Emotional Traps
Day after day, without realizing it, without wanting to, without knowing it, we strive in an ancient art —the art of being unhappy in the decisions we make, in what we say, in the way we feel, in almost everything, almost always, we act against ourselves.

The bad news is that even if we learn to control these impulses in our psyche, they will always be there, ready to act as soon as we let go. But the good—the excellent—news is that there are many ways to control the natural instincts that lead us to unhappiness.

Being happy is everyone's desire and quest. However, many of us are adept at making life  difficult  and painful.  This inclination to suffer ourselves and our relationships is linked to unconscious emotional or psychological aspects,  so  we don't  realize  the origin  of these conflicts and the damage they cause to our daily lives. We tend to insist on this pattern on a daily basis as if it were a piece of software that repeats itself. I define this way of being for some people as The Art of Being Unhappy. This book offers reflections and alternatives so that the reader can get out of these emotional traps that imprison people and make them psychically ill.

But have you realized how complicated and difficult the journey is for those who want to be more intimate with their emotions? So the intention of this book is to offer the reader simple language and practical examples  for  everyday life  of  how to  achieve  emotional freedom, be happier with yourself, and have the ability to relate with balance and gratitude.
