The Back Fix: The Secret to Fixing Your Back Pain
Where does our back pain begin and end?
Learn the simple lifestyle steps to fixing your back pain yourself by taking a more animalistic approach to your problem. Animals don't dwell on their pain, worry about its cause, or the best way to deal with it; they don't have social welfare to rely on. They just keep moving because they have to and that keeps them both functionally strong and relaxed, until they eventually move past their pain.
Find your inner animal. Understand that you are your own best treatment. Use movement as a way back to enjoying a healthier, happier, more fulfilled and self-empowered life.

An exceptional resource.
In this book, Antony Bush has provided an exceptional resource for people with back pain. No quick fixes exist, but much can be done by looking at our lifestyle - how we function and move.
The Back Fix provides a great tool for teaching people how to self-manage their back pain, whether acute or chronic.
Antony and his team deserve our congratulations and thanks for an educational and enjoyable read.
