About the Author

Yuanyuan Peng received an MA in International Finance from the Graduate School of the People’s Bank of China, and obtained a Ph.D in Management Studies from the University of Cambridge. She has professional experience in the Chinese banking sector. Her major research interests include strategy and marketing, banking restructuring and corporate governance.
