The Companion: A Ghostly Shadow
Ben Jennings, a fourteen years old Australian boy wasn't too impressed with England when he first arrived in the country after travelling there with his parents. His father, a civilian worker with the Australian Navy, was on an exchange works visit that was expected to last for a year. Ben started to enjoy himself when he made a few English friends, but one fly in the ointment was the discovery that his closest companion was the ghost of a boy from a bygone age. His friends believed him and tried to help, but his parents thought he was having a breakdown and considered returning him home to Australia. Neither Ben nor his friends wanted this and things got very complicated when they tried to exorcise the ghost.
