The Emerald Eye

Craig and Hollie were moving from London to rural Malvern, they were expecting a quieter life that was to be boring . . . how wrong could they be? Their lives up to now had been full of school subjects and video games. It was strange that in a big city, they often felt alone, they felt that life should be more, like in the movies. However, now the city life was behind them, just as they were starting to find the courage to venture out into the city, in front of them were rolling hills and country life... or was it?
This is the story of three young teenagers, brother and sister Craig and Hollie, and two brothers, Daniel and Alex, a nine-year-old boy. They find a secret doorway to a different world, one that holds so many possibilities and possible dangers. Together they find the strength to jump into an adventure, where each will face their fears and where they will have to fight crime, solve murder, and survive. They will meet many types of people, including dead ones, it becomes a time of character-building and forging of friendships, as they set out to help people they have never met. They enter as young adolescents but will come out as strong individuals, especially the nine-year-old boy, who had a history of being bullied and was about to shine. It's a story of ordinary imperfect young people, stumbling through life, who find the ability to empower themselves beyond their dreams.
