About the Author

Jan has authored three books on various subjects, including a mini-autobiography. The former CEO of Star Com Media and a former syndicated political talk show host, she takes her journalistic skills and confronts issues others will not. Jan is also an advocate of LGBTQ rights and as a Vietnam era veteran herself, continues in the fight to gain transgender veterans the much needed help they deserve. She is, by many accounts, called a "Pit Bull" because she refuses to let go of an issue until all questions are answered to her complete satisfaction.
