The Healing Journal was created to aid you in your journey to deepening self discovery and welcoming self acceptance. All so often we steer clear of the things that don't always sit well with us or things that make us uneasy. Doing that we miss out on understanding the "Why", which plays a huge role in how we understand ourselves and the world around us. Prompts are provided to you to get you thinking but you mind, heart and soul is what will do the rest. Be open and honest with yourself but also be just as gentle and kind!
The Work of Arte Project creates journals intended to inspire us all to use the journals as tools on their journey to becoming the highest versions of ourselves. Although that may look very different for us all, that's okay because it's a journey specially for you. On our individual journeys we are constantly learning more about ourselves, understanding the importance of healing, gratitude, connecting with ourselves on new found levels while also cultivating joy, love, peace, & happiness in everything we do!
