About the Author

Professor Andrew Haynes is a leading authority on the law relating to banking and financial services regulation. After a career at Deloitte and two leading law firms he entered academia. He has written widely on these subject areas and advised governments and banking regulators in a number of countries. Andrew is a fellow at the School of Law, University of Birmingham, an Emeritus Professor of Law at the University of Wolverhampton and a Visiting Professor of Law at BPP University.
