About the Author

Gary Hennessey has been practicing mindfulness for over forty years, and has been teaching for thirty five. In 2002 he trained with Vidyamala Burch in teaching mindfulness to those with long-term health conditions. He is currently Breathworks Director of Training, and spends much of his time training people to become mindfulness teachers. He is the author of The Art of Reflection.
