About the Author

Mama Djo is a mother of five children first and married to B.Y. Emmanuel Djo. She has a bachelor's degree in Anthropology with a minor in African studies from University of Toledo. She also finished her 90 hours in her master's degree in Mental Health counselor from Walden University. Mama Djo is an adventurer of the world and a musician, storyteller, healer, and so much more. Met her husband in Cote'DIvoire, Africa and now plays music with their group, Djobi 'Wake Up Spirit' Ensemble.
