The Murder Pot
Barbara Hunt finds herself involved in murder in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She comes to participate in a conference at the University of New Mexico at the invitation of her niece, Cassie Dahl, a professor there, and the conference organizer. Cassie invites Barbara to a gallery opening for a talented Potter, Toney Echaverria Crane. Barbara also meets the gallery owner, Adelaide Babcock. Barbara is impressed by Southwestern Indian art. Adelaide Babcock invites Barbara to come back the following morning for a private tour. Barbara arrives to fine the gallery owner dead. The murder weapon was one of the pots from the gallery show. Barbara's niece convinces Barbara to help prove Toney Crane's innocence, the principle suspect by the police. Barbara believes that he is innocent. As she works to uncover the truth she finds all the suspects involved have secrets that they want to keep buried even it involves another murder.
