About the Author

David Pere joined the Marine Corps in 2008, and has spent that time primarily working in transportation, logistics, recruiting, and as a Command Financial Specialist. In 2015, David and his wife purchased a duplex as their first investment property. David was hooked, and has continued purchasing real estate over the last five years, as well as investing heavily in his Thrift Savings Plan, amongst other investments. David is the founder of the Military Millionaire community which is dedicated to helping service members, veterans, and their families learn how to build wealth through real estate investing, entrepreneurship, and personal finance.
