Overview

The Ottava Method of self-coaching was created to help ANYONE achieve goals in a stepwise fashion. Ottava is an Italian musical term that means "octave" based on the 8 notes of a musical scale. To "8va" a written musical passage in a score means to take it up one octave. The Ottava Method combines musical, business, and coaching principles in an 8-step process that helps people "8va" their lives!

No matter where you are in life, there is room to grow, room to excel, room to rise higher! In "The Ottava Method: Take Your Life Up an Octave" Dr. Corinna Muller brings together music principles and success principles to synergistically present strategies anyone can follow to enhance their lives and make meaningful change. The eight principles of the Ottava Method are easy to understand and implement, making this book a valuable resource for anyone looking to improve their overall well-being and rise to a higher level of living.
