About the Author

Carlton Foster serves as the senior pastor at the Church of God of
Prophecy English in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. He is the author of the book DESTROYING THE YOKES, the sequel to THE POWER OF THE
YOKES. At the age of seven or eight, he came under violent attack by the kingdom of darkness, which physically impacted his life. He had a profound supernatural encounter at age ten, when he heard the voice of
God admonishing him to repent of his sins. He immigrated in 1981 and joined the Church. He served faithfully in various ministries until God transitioned him into pastoral ministry. Carlton Foster wrote this book after enduring the anguish of early childhood sexual abuse. He believes it is in his brokenness that God finds a vessel unto honor and that he is not too tattered for God to use him.
