Dmitry (Dima) Adamsky is a Professor at Reichman Universityin Israel and a visiting professor at Vytautas Magnus Universityin Lithuania. He is the author of Russian Nuclear Orthodoxy (Stanford, 2019) and The Culture of Military Innovation (Stanford, 2010).
