It took me forever to find this in the Tampa Barnes and Noble...it was hidden in the back corner of the store. Too bad that alphabetically that his last name is Winter! This book is hilarious and really helped me sleep better. I bought the last copy or maybe the only copy, so if you live in Tampa, I guess you better head to Sarasota! Buy this book!
I have struggled with "not sleeping" since I can remember. I have taken more pills than I care to admit. This condition has ruled my life and hurt me in so many ways, I cannot adequately put it into words. Where was this book years ago? Why is the dialogue around sleep in this country not being led by this man? Just today I saw a "sleep expert" on the Today show and he was spewing all of the same nonsense we've heard for years. Want some fresh air and a shockingly good laugh...this is your book! By the way, I hate everything.
Best sleep book ever. Makes sense since he's a sleep professional. Funny how nobody knows about this book, but if a celebrity with no real sleep training writes one, we can't escape her. Excuse me while I read Cameron Diaz's book about longevity.
This is a wonderful book and I learned a lot from it. It is a must read for anyone who is unhappy with the way that they are sleeping.
This book is the best sleep book I've ever read. I can never swim before swim meets. I think this book will change that.
