Dr. Rice earned his doctorate in Educational Leadership from North Central University and serves as the associate director of Admissions and Recruitment for Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine. He also serves as the national membership chair for the National Association of Medical Minority Educators, Inc.
