Self-supporting and travelling at 67,000 mph in the most hostile of all arenas, Earth is not just the ultimate in Life's creative ability; a marvel of resourcefulness but a living breathing species. In that context, mankind can be liken to a cancer, a wasting disease, and like any cancer we let nothing stand in the way of our self-indulgence to the point of putting our very survival at risk.
