– Jean Paone is a long-time meditator, direct student of the Dalai Lama, and co-founder of the Tibetan Buddhist organization Vast & Profound, where she teaches.

Having had the distinct honor of sitting with hundreds of people in their last hours of life, Tenzin’s dedicated work, compassionate insights, and thoughtful contemplations are beneficially woven together to make The Three Regrets an inspirational treasure.”
– Dana Hodgdon, Ph.D., Clinical Psychologist, worked as a hospice social worker for Torrance Memorial Hospital for 18 years before going into private practice.

Interviews

Dying is one of the very few things in life that each and every one of us will experience. Regardless of who we are or how we live, death is inevitable. We each carry with us a belief about death… and whether or not there is anything beyond this life and our passing from it. My wish for you, the reader, is to help you become more aware and curious and thoughtful about the inevitable end of this life. May this book offer solace as well as open and sincere reflections... so that you may live your life free of the three regrets I hear time and again: I did not live my life dreams I did not share my love I did not forgive – Tenzin Kiyosaki
