This is the second book in the series and is just as engrossing as the first book. It's an interesting and intriguing story that had me captivated from beginning to end. It's an emotional story filled with drama and suspense and is both heartbreaking and sad and will pull at your heart right to the end. I can't recommend this book highly enough. I an volunteering to leave a review for an ARC of this book. All opinions in this review are my own and freely given.

Wow!! The Widow's Keeper by Kishan Paul is another edge of your seat read by this talented author. Ms Paul has given us a well-written story and filled it with amazing characters. Ally's saga continues from The Second Wife and yes, you may shed a tear or two, but oh, what an amazing tale. Ms Paul brings Ally's struggle to life in the pages of this book. The drama, action and suspense will hold readers captive from the first page to the last. I LOVED The Widow's Keeper and look forward to the next book of this series. The Widow's Keeper is book 2 of The Second Wife Series. It can be read as a standalone, but I suggest reading book 1 to understand the characters. This is a complete book, not a cliff-hanger.

Nothing short of amazing….The story that Kishan Paul has crafted in The Second Wife and now The Widow’s Keeper is hands down becoming a cult classic in my opinion. The Widow’s Keeper seamlessly melds the two stories together and picks up after The Second Wife ends. (This is a not so subtle hint that you should read The Second Wife first!) There aren’t enough words to express my extreme love for this book. I was thrilled to find out that the author decided to write a continuation to the first book and what a fabulous continuation this was. This is a stay up all night, finishing in one sitting type of read. It was THAT GOOD. Kishan Paul shredded me with her words and her intricately woven characters and storyline. Just to give fair warning, there are some dark and twisty parts, however, first and foremost this is a story of incredible strength, love and empowerment- in all different shapes and sizes. RUN do NOT WALK to pick up this fabulous read. I was honored to receive an ARC of this book. This review is solely my opinion!

This is one of those stories that once you stop, be prepared to read in one sitting. While I enjoyed The Second Wife, I really feel like the story telling was done much better in this book. We get to see how Ally and Dave have coped with Ally being home. There are so many endearing moments between them. The other side of the story is how Ally's past comes back to haunt her, so we get a lot of suspense that keeps you turning pages. The story is carefully woven between the past and the present and thoughtfully put together. I'm very interested to see where the next book goes. I am voluntarily providing an honest review.
