About the Author

Robert 'Bob' Link was ordained to the Catholic permanent diaconate in 1983. Pastoral experience includes 14 years in parish ministry as a deacon; a year as a staff member volunteer with the 8th Day Center for Justice in Chicago; 3 years on the retreat team at Christ the King Passionist Retreat Center in Citrus Heights, CA; and, for the last 5 years, in Jail Ministry with the County of Sacramento, CA.
Bob is married, a father of three and a grandfather of eight. He retired from a professional career in local government as a Director of Human Resources Management. Bob has had a wide range of experience in areas of social justice, pastoral ministry as well as courses and continuing education in Sacred Scripture, particularly the Gospels. He has a master's degree in Public Management.
