About the Author

Barbara Seuling was born in Brooklyn, New York. She spent many years as a children's book editor, publishing her first book at that time. Since then, she has also written The Teeny Tiny Woman, which she also illustrated, Winter Lullaby, and Oh No, It’s Robert. Barbara is a member of the board of advisors of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators. She is also the founder and director of The Manuscript Workshop, a workshop for writers of children’s books. Barbara has received the Christopher Medal and the Award of the American Institute of Graphic Artists. Barbara lives in New York City and has a country home in Vermont.
