This is a Christian Children's book about a curious frog named Tobi. He lives in a pond with his family, friends, and a wise old turtle named Herman. The wise old turtle answers Tobi's questions by using Bible stories in a fun and creative way. This encourages children and families to read the Bible. Herman shares 1st and 2nd Samuel from the Old Testament of the Bible. These verses cover the life of David, who had to confront a giant and became king, among many other events. This helps Tobi face the terrible toads to want to take over the pond where they all live. Tobi learns from the Bible stories to find his answer.

Debra has been volunteering in her local church for almost 30 years. She has been involved with Children's Ministry, such as Sunday School, AWANA, Children's Church, and Vacation Bible School. She enjoys writing and illustrating books that are Bible-based to encourage children and families in their faith.
