About the Author

Hannah and Jim Reynolds are a married author-illustrator duo. Both have professional experience and passion in education.

Hannah worked for five years in research at Vanderbilt University, where she earned her Master's degree in Education. There, she fell in love with teaching children to read, and learned the developmental importance of vocabulary exposure in childhood (you will find the words in this book develop reading comprehension skills! It's science!). Jim is Chief Technology Officer at LiveSchool Inc., a behavior management and positive school culture platform for K-12 schools. He loves using technology to make the world a better place, one classroom at a time.
