About the Author

Giuseppe Ioppolo is Full Professor of Commodity Science (SECS-P/13). He has been teaching Lean Management and TQM for 15 years and has several articles and research papers on Quality Management, Lean Management, Circular Economy and Sustainability. He has extensive experience in project management too. He also serves as Editor-in Chief of MDPI journal, Sustainability.

Cristina Ciliberto received a Ph.D. in Economics, Management and Statistics and has experience working with organizations to improve their manufacturing processes. She had published articles and research papers on the topics of Quality Management, Industry 4.0 and Lean Production. She is black belt of Lean Six Sigma.

Katarzyna Szopik-Depczyńska, Ph.D., DSc., is Associate Professor in Management and Quality Sciences at University of Szczecin, Institute of Management (Poland) and has several papers on TQM, Business Innovation and Lean Production.
